The IAWP continues to enhance, support and serve our members through education, communication and workforce related development with our 2008 Fall Institute. Seven Springs Resort offers a Team Building seminar which encompasses experiential and adventure learning by encouraging individuals to work cooperatively, challenge themselves in a supportive environment, improve self-esteem and learn creative approaches to problem-solving.
